[Sections 5311] et seq.) as amended and # all other Requirements of Law relating to money laundering or terrorism, including without limitation, the USA Patriot Act and all regulations and executive orders promulgated with respect to money laundering or terrorism, including, without limitation, those promulgated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury.

Anti-Money Laundering Laws. All Legal Requirements related to the financing of terrorism or money laundering, including without limitation, any applicable provision of the Patriot Act and The Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act (also known as the “Bank Secrecy Act,” 31 U.S.C. §§ 5311-5330 and 12U.S.C. §§ 1818(s), 1820(b) and 1951-1959).
